Disclosure requirements

By sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the Administrator you agree to add your e-mail address to the contact list of which the administrator is COMREBARS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ [LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY], Emanuela Imieli 14, 40-155 Świętochłowice, NIP [TIN] 9542754740, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

Data included in the content of correspondence, including the e-mail address, is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons as regards the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (“RODO” [GDPR]) for the purposes of:

  • communicating with you, especially for handling enquiries, investigating complaints concerning the products or services of the Administrator or for other purposes resulting from the content of your correspondence in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter b) of the GDPR;
  • concluding and executing potential contract between you and the Administrator in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter b) of the GDPR;
  • fulfilling legal obligations of the Administrator to you which are defined in the GDPR within the meaning of Art. 6 section 1 letter c) of the GDPR;
  • performing marketing activities of the Administrator in pursuance of the Administrator’s legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 section 1 letter f) of the GDPR as well as in accordance with your declarations of will concerning marketing communication made towards the Administrator. Consents given as regards marketing communication (e.g. sending commercial & marketing messages via e-mail or telephone contact for the purposes of direct marketing) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the right to process which was made on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

A person who shares data has the right to demand from the Administrator the access to data that concerns them, to correct it, delete it or restrict processing, to raise an objection to processing as well as the right to transfer data and to file a complaint to the Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
